I don’t think anyone will be surprised knowing that the modern diet is not nutritious or healthy and is the reason why people all over the world are fatter and dealing with health issues. However, the problem doesn’t stop here.

You see, many modern foods are filled with empty calories, and vegetables and fruits are no longer as nutritious as they used to be.
